Service Description
Over three hours we will explore with the support of partner many of the well known yoga poses. You will be fully guided into classic poses and be offered the opportunity to try poses which you may not do by yourself. A challenging but fun workshop which will improve your understanding of the poses and help you to understand where you will be feeling them in your body. This is suitable for all abilities from those new to yoga to those who have some experience
Cancellation Policy
Early Cancellations must be submitted 4 hours prior to class time. Members may Early Cancel a booked class 4 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account, our branded app, via email or by texting.
