Private and Bespoke Yoga
Is there something in your practice that you really want to practice or work on? Are you new to yoga and wanting to get a better understanding of the basics before attending a class? Are you looking to recover from an injury or health condition?
If you answered yes to any of the above then private yoga sessions might be just what you are looking for.
When working on a 1:2:1 basis with me, you will benefit from bespoke, individually tailored sessions, that are totally focused on your needs or goals.
You will also receive additional resources and guidance to help you achieve your aims. These sessions take place at a time and place that works best for your schedule*
New to working with me
To get the best out this experience I work with a min number of clients, so if I am at my full quota you can be added to a wait list.
To get the best from working privately with me you will need to book a MIN of 2 weeks of 60 min classes paid in advance.
If you book a 4 week block of sessions, you will get you a FREE 30 min on your first class, in order to understand your needs and goals.
