About Me

It’s true to say that Yoga found me. With a busy career with lots of travel I just found that during a 75 minute yoga class I just didn't think of anything, no worries, no stresses, it was just me and my mat. I become stronger, more toned and flexible and totally de-stressed.

If Yoga could do this for me, what an amazing gift it would be to be able to share this with others. I undertook as much research and training as I could, eventually qualifying as a certified Yoga teacher. Shortly after qualifying, shortly before my 40th birthday, I become a wife, then mother. Life was busy, it still is with a toddler, so that is why I decided to start teaching yoga from my home studio. Its true what they say life begins at 40!

My yoga style is a blend of strong and playful. My vinyasa flows are thoughtfully and intelligently sequenced, creating a safe space to have fun and explore, work hard, feel stretched and toned, and feel stronger, yet still reach an inner calm and it doesn't end when a student leaves the studio! Yoga should positively affect daily life; students leave my classes knowing and feeling that they have created the best version of themselves.

Credentials are important and I am a Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga 200 hour certified teacher with additional specialised training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I have studied under Elena Voyce, Duncan Wong, Tara Lees and Sally Parkes.

My continuing yoga journey was influenced by the arrival of my daughter. We are on the journey together; I studied how yoga can support the wonderful experience of pregnancy, how yoga can assist a natural birth and how yoga can help heal the body and mind after birth through a comprehensive postnatal yoga. I have qualifications in pregnancy, yoga for birthing and postnatal.

2020 has been the year which changed the world and changed the way yoga was delivered. So I now offer an Live Online Studio and On Demand offering - Trinitytreeyoga~Plug In Chill Out.

t doesn’t matter whether you’re an absolute beginner or a fellow yoga teacher, my collections can help you exceed your yoga & lifestyle goals and feel the confidence and health that you deserve.

I've nurtured my ‘Trinity Tree’  and created the best version of my mind, body and spirit.
