Service Description

What I wish I knew when I first started yoga! My first introduction to yoga was following a video, yes that's right a video! I wish I knew about the correct placement of the shoulders, to roll them outwards when practising Downward dog. It was only when I found a class with skilled yoga teacher, who explained to me the potential damage my bad habit would cause to my joints at the elbow, if I carried on practising Downward dog that way. I was lucky! This is what inspired me to design and teach a beginners yoga course. To be able to provide you with skilled guidance, not only to be able to practice the basic yoga poses but to understand why you should practice them in a certain way to work with your unique body. Over five weeks you will be guided with care and attention so that you build strength, flexibility, mindfulness and most importantly knowledge - of the basic poses to get the best from your practise. From Sat 2nd Sept to Sat 30th Sept at 10am to 11.15 you will fully understand the poses, which will take you from the start to the end of a class. Come and join this successful and well established course.


Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellations must be submitted 4 hours prior to class time. Members may Early Cancel a booked class 4 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account, our branded app, via email or by texting.
